  • When will I be paid?” is one of the most common questions we receive.

    We issue payments within one business day of receiving and processing your supplies. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days.

    Due to the volume of packages we receive, each shipment must be opened, inspected, and logged before payment is issued. In some cases, this means payment is processed on the next business day.

    Once your payment is complete and your quote is closed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, which may arrive later in the day.

    Please note: Sending additional messages or requests to expedite payment does not change processing order or timing. Payments are issued in the order shipments are received and inspected.

  • You can check the status of your shipment by entering your tracking number on the USPS website. If USPS marks it as Delivered, it’s already at our facility and will be processed shortly.

    There’s no need to notify us once it’s delivered — our team is automatically alerted. Thank you!

  • We only purchase the specific diabetic supplies listed on our Price List. We do not buy Ozempic, Mounjaro, insulin, or any injectable medications. If your product is not shown on our price list, it is not eligible for purchase.
