GUIDELINES REGARDING ITEMS PURCHASED

All items sold to Diabetic Exchange USA must arrive sealed and in mint condition. We do not accept or purchase damaged products. "Damage" refers to any imperfection, including but not limited to: items that are opened, crushed, scratched, dented, torn, expired, stained, cut, water-damaged, or marked with ink.

All items sold to Diabetic Exchange USA, LLC. must meet their minimum expiration date requirements. See price list for more info. Diabetic Exchange USA, LLC. does not purchase any expired products.

All items sold to Diabetic Exchange USA, LLC. must be within their original packaging and include all materials intended to be within the box from the manufacturer. Items that have been tampered with in any way will not be accepted by Diabetic Exchange USA, LLC.

Diabetic Exchange USA, LLC. will remove all labels and destroy them. Any attempts made by the customer to remove the labels may result in damage. Diabetic Exchange USA, LLC will not accept damaged items.

Diabetic Exchange USA, LLC. solely purchases the items listed on its website: https://www.diabeticexchangeusa.com/price-list. Items not listed on the website will not be accepted.

GUIDELINES REGARDING SHIPMENT

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all supplies are packaged carefully and securely. Diabetic Exchange USA, LLC. will not accept items damaged during shipment. All items must be shipped in a sturdy box.

OWNERSHIP

By selling to Diabetic Exchange USA, LLC, you certify that the supplies were not obtained through insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, VA, any government program, or through any unlawful means. Diabetic Exchange USA, LLC will not purchase products acquired through such methods.

You agree that you are the rightful owner or have been given permission by the rightful owner to sell any supplies. You signify that you did not and will not violate any applicable law or regulation in obtaining these supplies or selling them to Diabetic Exchange USA, LLC.

You certify that the sale and transfer of these supplies will not result in Diabetic Exchange USA, LLC. violating any anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, healthcare, or other applicable law.

RIGHTS WE RESERVE

Diabetic Exchange USA, LLC. reserves the right to change prices at any time, with or without notification.

Diabetic Exchange USA, LLC. will not cover the 2.9% PayPal goods and services fee or any other fee charged by payment processors.

RETURNS

If a customer’s products do not meet the terms and conditions listed above, Diabetic Exchange USA, LLC. will not cover the cost of return shipping.

To have rejected items returned, the customer must email support@diabeticexchangeusa.com within three business days of receiving the rejection notice.

If we do not receive a return request within that time, the products will be responsibly discarded by Diabetic Exchange USA, LLC. No exceptions.

Rejection notifications are always sent via email. Please check your spam or junk folder to ensure you don’t miss our emails.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Diabetic Exchange USA, LLC., shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from this agreement, incidental or exemplary, foreseeable or unforeseeable.
