Product Condition Guidelines
All items must arrive sealed, unexpired, and in mint condition. We don’t accept opened, damaged, or expired products — including boxes that are crushed, torn, or marked.

-
Check for any signs of damage, tampering, or expiration before sending. Only sealed, factory-new, and unexpired diabetic supplies are accepted. Carefully inspect packaging to ensure it meets resale standards.
-
We only accept factory-sealed, unexpired diabetic supplies. Opened, resealed, or outdated boxes cannot be purchased or returned. Always double-check expiration dates before shipping.
-
Do not peel or alter manufacturer labels. Removing labels can tear the box, making the product ineligible for purchase. For your privacy, we securely remove and destroy all identifying information upon arrival.
-
Before mailing, take clear photos or a short video of your items and packaging. This helps document their condition in case of any shipping issues or condition disputes — and gives you peace of mind.
-
Always ship products in a durable, well-structured cardboard box — not padded envelopes or soft mailers. This helps protect items from crushing or bending during transit and ensures your package arrives safely. For extra protection, place your original product box inside a second, slightly larger shipping box (double-boxing) to prevent impact damage during handling.
-
Center your items inside the box with sufficient padding on all sides. Avoid placing products near edges or corners, where impacts and compression can easily cause damage.
-
Use bubble wrap, crumpled paper, or other cushioning materials to fill empty spaces in the box. Proper padding keeps your supplies stable, preventing movement and corner dents during shipping.
