Product Condition Guidelines

All items sold to Diabetic Exchange USA must arrive sealed and in mint condition. We do not accept or purchase damaged products. "Damage" refers to any imperfection, including but not limited to: items that are opened, crushed, scratched, dented, torn, expired, stained, cut, water-damaged, or marked with ink.

Tips for Preventing Product Damage

Inspect products thoroughly before shipping

Check for any signs of damage, expiration, or tampering before sending. Only sealed, factory-new items are accepted.

Only ship products in a sturdy box

Use a durable, well-structured cardboard box — not padded envelopes or soft packaging — to prevent damage during transit.

Do not pack products in the corners of shipping boxes

Keep products centered in the shipping box with sufficient padding around all sides. Placing products at the edges or corners increases the risk of damage.

Use sufficient internal padding

Wrap products with bubble wrap or newspaper to prevent movement inside the box during transit.

Do not remove labels

Do not remove labels from the boxes. Attempting to peel them off often tears the packaging, which may cause the product to be considered damaged and ineligible for purchase. We will remove and destroy all labels for your privacy.

Double-up the shipping boxes

When shipping products, place the original box inside a second, slightly larger box with padding for extra protection.

Do not send opened or expired products

We only accept products that are factory sealed and unexpired. Opened, resealed, or outdated products are ineligible for sale.
