What does "within 1 business day" mean?

A business day is Monday through Friday and does not include weekends or federal holidays.

Payments are sent no later than the end of the next business day after your shipment is delivered to our office.

Examples:

• Delivered Monday → Payment sent by end of business Tuesday

• Delivered Tuesday → Payment sent by end of business Wednesday

• Delivered Friday → Payment sent by end of business Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday)

• Delivered Saturday or Sunday → Payment sent by end of business Tuesday (assuming no holiday)

While we often send payments the same day a shipment arrives, same-day payment is not guaranteed. No action is required after your shipment is delivered. We automatically process shipments in the order they are received.
